Job summary

Honeywell in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to streamline field project administration from our Abu Dhabi location. You will act as the primary liaison between Honeywell, customers, and site management for documentation, access, and project compliance.

The role covers documentation, site access coordination, and SAP Ariba and Fieldglass workflow support, with occasional travel to customer sites within UAE. A 3–4 year background in operations support is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or technical administrative role (preferably in Engineering, Construction or Oil & Gas).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management or related field.
• Systems proficiency with SAP Ariba and Fieldglass (or similar ERP systems).
• Fluent English and Arabic communications, with ability to professionalize technical requests for customer management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, track, and manage work permits and safety documentation for site mobilization.
• Ensure project documentation meets Honeywell's QMS and customer compliance standards.
• Act as primary contact for site management to handle site access paperwork, security clearances, and gate passes for service teams.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment entry permits to avoid delays during execution.
• Liaise with customer administrative teams for site-specific entry requirements and inductions.
• Manage operational activities within SAP Ariba.
• Coordinate external contractor workflows within Fieldglass.
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards for real-time administrative progress to the Service Manager.
• Organize and schedule project kick-offs, progress reviews and safety meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track completion of administrative action items.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites within UAE may be required.
