Job summary

LeadingEdge HR Solutions seeks a Sales & Account Manager – Oil & Gas (DWM & DF) in Dubai, UAE. This role nurtures key client relationships, drives new business, and leads product launches within the DWM and DF space across the UAE market.

Role reports to the Country Manager; you will manage the full sales cycle, ensure QHSE compliance, and present tailored technical solutions to operators including ADNOC. A strong UAE-based track record is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas DWM/DF required.
• Proven UAE account management with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, forecasting, and CRM skills.
• Ability to design solutions and deliver technical proposals and presentations.
• Degree or Diploma in engineering, petroleum science, or related field.
• UAE-based with valid residency and right to work; ADNOC experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Country Manager; execute sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and objectives.
• Identify high-potential opportunities to maximise market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Drive growth across the DWM/DF portfolio with existing and new clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closure.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships for long-term retention.
• Act as primary contact; resolve enquiries, contractual matters, and provide commercial support.
• Propose and deliver tailored DWM/DF technical and operational solutions and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and launches.
• Monitor sales targets; provide forecasts and monthly updates to the Country Manager.
• Identify and convert new clients to expand market presence across the UAE.
