ABB Discovery Emirati Talent Program in Dubai, onsite, offers an 18-month rotational path across inside sales, marketing, operations and project management leadership to develop your skills and ABB product knowledge. This global program is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking.

Fresh graduates with an electrical engineering degree and strong English communication are encouraged to apply.

• Fresh Graduate Bachelor of electrical Engineering discipline who has completed university studies before the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotational program across inside sales, marketing, operations, and project management leadership.
• Complete rotations within ABB’s Motion business area in Dubai, UAE.
• Engage in professional development, networking, and leadership skill-building.
• Learn ABB product knowledge and contribute to business projects in a supportive environment.

Your Role:

You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program. Different rotations focused on developing inside sales, marketing, operations, project management leaderships skills and ABB product knowledge.

You will complete the rotational program within one of ABB’s Business Areas (Motion).

This global program is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking.

This program is contributing to one of ABB’s Business Areas (Motion) based in Dubai UAE

• Learn about yourself and ABB’s global business
• Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills
• Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars
• Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projects
• Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment
