Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking a seasoned Recruitment and Talent leader to drive the group’s recruitment across the GCC, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.

This role requires building annual plans, managing budgets, and implementing competency-based selection, onboarding, and vendor management to deliver fast, cost-effective hiring across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solid recruitment and talent experience in the GCC.
• Experience managing volume recruitment across the GCC, with focus on KSA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual recruitment and selection plans and budgets.
• Monitor implementation of plans and measure results against budgets and objectives.
• Drive manpower planning and staffing level adherence.
• Design recruitment strategies to meet SLAs with Business Partners.
• Ensure competency-based selection and assessment processes.
• Participate in sourcing and selection of middle and senior management.
• Manage vendor selection and negotiate terms for cost-effective hiring.
• Establish and manage onboarding programs.
• Develop an Applicant Tracking System to monitor talent acquisition.
• Review HR metrics and implement action plans for improvement.
• Monitor labor law changes affecting recruitment and ensure compliance.

One of the leading Technology groups with operations across the GCC is now looking for a key individual to drive their recruitment activity

The Role

Manage the recruitment and selection activities across the group in a proactive and cost effective manner and provide state of the art recruitment solutions aligned to the business needs and HR policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

Strategic:

• Prepare annual recruitment and selection plans and budgets to meet the Human Resources strategic objectives.
• Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.
• Recommend annual Human Resources strategy in areas of recruitment and selection,on boarding, etc…

Operational:

• Drive Manpower planning process, ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.
• Devise short term and long term recruitment plans in conjunction with Business Partners and monitor the execution of such plans.
• Formulate /review and ensure implementation of the Recruitment and selection policies and procedures in a consistent manner.
• Plan and design the recruitment strategies based on the best practices to achieve the SLAs agreed with Business Partners.
• Ensure competency based selection & assessment processes are consistently applied.
• Participate in the sourcing and selection of Middle Management and Senior Management Staff.
• Manage the selection of vendors and negotiate work terms to maintain a cost effective talent acquisition process.
• Establish and manage on boarding program.
• Develop an Applicant Tracking system to monitor and measure talent acquisition process and efforts.
• Review HR metrics and identify areas for improvement and set and follow up on action plans.
• Monitor changes to Labor Law and statues affecting recruitment and selection activities and ensure compliance

The Person

You will have at least 8 years solid Recruitment and Talent experience within a recognized company in the GCC. You will have proven experience of managing volume recruitment across the GCC and be able to demonstrate your success at all levels. The role covers the GCC but has a focus on KSA, experience here would be key.
