Job summary

ParamInfo is seeking a Steward to deliver high-quality hospitality services and support VIP-facing operations in a Dubai-based environment. The role emphasizes discretion, impeccable etiquette, and strong communication with senior visitors and executives.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in 4- or 5-star settings, with excellent English and a professional appearance. UAE work experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or High School qualification.
• 3-5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a 4-star/5-star hotel, private office, executive lounge, or VIP service environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, excellent etiquette, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with discretion in a high-profile executive setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hospitality services, including refreshments, catering coordination, and meeting support.
• Prepare and maintain executive offices, boardrooms, and meeting areas to the highest standards.
• Welcome and assist senior visitors, VIPs, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Manage pantry supplies and hospitality inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Security, and Administration teams to support office and meeting requirements.
• Support Board meetings, executive events, and special functions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to service standards.
