The SC YPP is designed to develop well-rounded supply chain professionals capable of thriving in a global business environment. You will work closely with our global supply chain leadership teams and business units, contributing to real projects that enhance efficiency and innovation.

Drive your future success in end-to-end supply chain by learning from industry experts in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering. Over 18 months, you will gain hands-on experience and rotate through different Nutreco locations.

Through structured academy weeks, mentorship, and international exposure, you will develop skills necessary for future roles within our supply chain.

• Academic achievement: You have completed a master’s degree and possess a genuine interest in end-to-end supply chain, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for a dynamic, international environment.
• Professional experience and passion: Up to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
• Language : Proficiency in business English and the local language.
• Global mobility and adaptability: Must be fully internationally mobile, ready for two global rotations, and hold permanent residency with a home country passport. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proactive learners : Enjoy mastering complex concepts and applying learnings practically to make an impact.
• Creative problem solvers: Ability to approach challenges innovatively and outside the box.
• Diversity & inclusion: Respect for diverse perspectives and ability to work inclusively.
• Collaboration & entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to work well with others, take initiative, and bring an innovative, problem-solving approach.

Work eligibility : Candidates must hold permanent residency with a home country passport; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Home Location - First 6 months: Start in your home country, gaining experience in core supply chain functions, learning key systems, processes, and operations.
• First International Rotation - Next 6 months: Work in a different OpCo location, addressing operational and strategic challenges.
• Second International Rotation - Final 6 months: Take on a new global assignment, deepen your expertise, and contribute to high-impact projects.
• Academy Weeks: During each rotation, participate in job-specific and personal development training, network with peers, and gain insights from senior leaders. Throughout the 18 months, you will also engage in soft skills training focused on leadership, communication, and collaboration for a global supply chain environment.

Throughout your traineeship, you will work on challenging projects, operational tasks, and attend various training courses. This combination of projects, training, and international experience will equip you with excellent skills and give you a strong start to your career.
