Home & Hectare Real Estate is looking for an experienced Agricultural Farm Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role will support our agents currently running at capacity and focuses on the listing, marketing and sale of agricultural properties across the Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load farms across our marketing platforms (PropData)
• Compile property reports using Lightstone and Virtual Agent
• Arrange and attend farm inspections, viewings and property footage shoots
• Collect and manage FICA documentation
• Complete mandates and Offer to Purchase documentation (training provided)
• Market and sell agricultural properties (within an already established team)
