POSITION INFO :

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting and maintaining the physical, mental, and social well-being of our workforce. You will be responsible for providing health and safety services, conducting health assessments, managing workplace injuries, and developing health and wellness programs.

Job Duties :

• Conduct pre-employment and periodic health assessments.
• Manage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
• Provide health education and counseling to employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Monitor and manage employee health trends and recommend preventive measures.
• Liaise with external healthcare providers and specialists as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Nursing or a related field.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or equivalent is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Own vehicle and valid drivers license.
