FOCI Group is seeking an experienced and visionary Electrical Chief Technologist to lead the direction of electrical engineering technologies across our infrastructure, energy, and industrial automation projects. This senior role requires technical authority, leadership, and a drive to innovate.

• B-Tech, National Higher Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Registered as a Professional Technologist with ECSA
• Minimum 10 years of post-registration experience in electrical engineering
• Proven leadership on high-impact electrical systems and infrastructure projects

• Set the technical vision and strategy for the Electrical Engineering division
• Establish and approve discipline-specific standards, procedures, and specifications
• Lead the development and integration of electrical systems and designs throughout project lifecycles
• Oversee and conduct research on emerging electrical technologies and energy systems
• Represent FOCI Group in national and international technical forums and panels
• Evaluate complex electrical products, systems, and services for performance and compliance
• Provide specialised consulting services and resolve advanced engineering challenges
• Guide, mentor, and support engineers and technologists across electrical and multi-disciplinary teams
