Job summary

A cruise line is seeking a Technical Operator to maintain and operate audio, lighting, and video systems in lounges. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the entertainment team. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong technical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a cruise ship or entertainment environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate all technical equipment in the lounges.
  • Set up and test equipment before each performance or event.
  • Collaborate with the onboard technical team to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
