Job Description:
We are a growing company with a team of over 40 staff, focusing on manufacturing products primarily for coffee cleaning, machine care, and coffee-related items, exporting worldwide. As a hands-on, detail-oriented manager, you will ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality while driving efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Lead a team of 4, ensuring quality checks are performed across raw, intermediate, and finished goods. Manage calibration, product check sheets, and training while overseeing staff performance.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS, develop SOPs, ensure compliance with cGMP, manage waste, and oversee certifications such as Halaal. Drive continual improvement and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Housekeeping & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure daily cleaning plans are followed, conduct inspections, and manage deep cleaning and HACCP compliance.
• Product Development: Work on new product development, refine testing methods, and provide insights from product test results.
• Health & Safety: Provide safety training, ensure compliance with PPE protocols, maintain MSDS, and manage safety incidents in the production area.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science/business).
• Previous experience in production/manufacturing.
• Chemical engineering or similar experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and observational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and ISO standards.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and statistical skills.
• Good technical and IT skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
