Job summary
A leading renewable energy firm in Cape Town is seeking an Electrician/O&M Technician (Solar PV). The role requires a valid Electrical Trade Certificate and minimum of 3 years' experience as an Electrician. Candidates with solar systems experience and skills in instrumentation and automation systems are preferred. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from R420K to R550K per year, negotiable based on experience.

- Electrical Trade Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Electrician
- Experience in Solar Systems will be beneficial
- Instrumentation & automation systems and experience would be an added plus
- Root cause analysis and preventative maintenance on PV plants and equipment
- Ability to optimally alternate between commissioning, fault-finding and remote monitoring of PV plants and on-site repair and maintenance
- Salary: R420K/yr - R550K/yr, salary negotiable
