This role involves management accounting, review of financial statements, and compliance activities. Key responsibilities include:

1. Review Management Accounts including supporting schedules
2. Review Balance Sheet Items and Reconciliations
3. Maintain Fixed Asset Register and review Fixed Asset Registers
4. Prepare and review Audit Files
5. Budgeting: Review budgets for all entities in the Group
6. Handle Statutory SARS Submissions, including VAT, EMP, SARS enquiries
7. Calculate Provisional Tax for all Group Companies
8. Prepare EE Plans, review previous plans, and report
9. Lead EE Committee Meetings and ensure compliance with the Companies Act regarding Social and Ethics requirements
10. Rebates and Advertising: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations
11. Update Sales Reports and manage Sales Report Server (DevExpress)
12. Analyze Data, including Cost Analysis of material expenses
13. Extract data from SQL Database, analyze, and report to the Financial Director (using Excel, Power BI, or both)
14. Work closely with the Financial Director on daily operations and requirements

• Potentially CA (or equivalent)
