DBN000085 – CENTRE OPERATIONS MANAGER – DBN WEST

Purpose of the Job:
To conduct building inspections, controlling & managing services, maintenance contractors & managing/controlling tenant installations.

Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facilities / Operations Management – Not negotiable
2. Minimum qualification Grade 12.
3. Electrical, Mechanical or Construction background and Technical Skills - Advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting & Expense Control
2. Building Management & Administration
3. Tenant Installations, Revamps & Upgrades
4. People Management (Internal & External)
5. Manage aspects like cleaning, security and allocation of building sites.
6. Housekeeping inspections in accordance with inspection programme
7. Reinstatement inspections
