We’re hiring a Backend Engineer who loves building automation, scaling systems, and solving real-world problems with clean, resilient software.
As a Backend Engineer, you’ll architect the foundations of The Flex: the systems, APIs, and automation layers that coordinate global inventory, sync bookings in real time, and enable properties to operate autonomously.
Your work will blend digital automation with real-world logistics — enabling thousands of stays to run smoothly without manual intervention.
