POSITION INFO :
The ideal candidate will be a young professional with a tertiary technical qualification. Technical manufacturing experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who is earnest about becoming an expert in the pre-cast concrete industry and a leader of excellence in the manufacturing environment. Mentoring and training will be provided. The candidate will be able to describe in detail their specific contributions and influence in the manufacturing environment that resulted in improvements and why.
A coil spring contains only certain concepts. These concepts are clearly applicable to a coil spring. One cannot reproduce a coil spring with concepts not applicable to a coil spring.
It is the same with Block Making. The specific block making concepts must be understood exactly by all those involved in Block Making and live in them so that we can have good quality emerge at wet side.
