A remote healthcare services company is looking for a Patient Case Coordinator to manage patient inquiries and care. The role involves coordinating care plans, managing caregiver schedules, and ensuring quality communication between patients and caregivers. Candidates should have experience in healthcare coordination and strong communication skills. This is a full-time remote position within South Africa, ideally suited for candidates with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet.

The Patient Case Coordinator ensures smooth, compassionate, and efficient coordination of all patient care cases. This role acts as the primary point of contact between patients, families, caregivers, and the care management team ensuring each patient receives the right services, at the right time, with consistent quality and communication.
