A SaaS technology company is seeking a talented SaaS Implementation and Support Data Analyst in South Africa. This role involves managing the full implementation lifecycle of the Merchant Central product, acting as the subject matter expert for client support, and solving data-related queries with technical accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and experience with data analysis, SaaS implementations, and ticketing systems. A passion for the payments industry and technical expertise is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis or data science role.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS software.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-lifecycle implementation of the Merchant Central CRM.
  • Act as subject matter expert for the Residuals module support.
  • Solve residual calculation tickets using Excel and Merchant Central.
  • Interact with clients on Zoom/email to address questions.
  • Create and verify mathematical formulas for residual income calculations.
  • Log software issues using JIRA and Zendesk.
  • Train new clients on the Merchant Central platform.
