Job summary

Clydesdale Personnel Management seeks a Zone controller for our client in Krugersdorp. The role coordinates on-site staff to meet client needs, plans placements with clients and the operations team, and ensures all staff have valid contracts, certificates and licenses.

Duties include payroll handling, headcounts, PPE inspections, timesheet submission, and reporting to the Admin Clerk. Matric and a valid license are essential, and you should reside in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to determine their operational needs.
• Plan staff placements with clients and the operations team.
• Ensure all placed staff have valid contracts, certificates and licenses.
• Coordinate with on-site supervisor on staff movements and requirements.
• Ensure timesheets and headcounts are recorded and submitted promptly (within 48 h).
• Load new employees onto the biometrics system and explain the procedure to the employee.
• Carry out PPE inspections daily on each site.
