Job summary

Ingrain is seeking a technically competent IT Technician to provide day-to-day support across the organisation. The role focuses on Zoho administration, MDM, Windows and 365 environments, with strong emphasis on end-user assistance and security.

You will manage devices, assist with network and database tasks, and ensure data protection across the IT landscape, reporting to the IT Department. The position is on-site at our offices in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zoho administration experience essential.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device security.
• Strong end-user support and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with data protection and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide Zoho platforms administration and user management.
• Enrol and manage company devices; monitor compliance and security.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, backups, and databases where needed.
• Maintain asset registers and assist with vendor coordination.
