Placements24 in Paarl is seeking a Youth Program Coordinator to design and manage engaging programs for local youth. This hybrid role combines in-office planning with community-based activities to foster personal, social, and educational development in young people.

The successful candidate will lead program staff and volunteers, ensure safety and inclusivity, collaborate with schools and community partners, and monitor outcomes to improve impact and reach in Paarl.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience in program planning and management, particularly with youth.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Passion for working with young people and commitment to their development in Paarl.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement age-appropriate youth programs and activities.
