Job summary

Placements24 in Paarl is seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to manage youth development programs, coordinating activities, liaising with schools and community partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of project plans.

You will support education, skills training and mentorship initiatives, organize workshops and events for young people, track participants, monitor progress, and contribute to positive social change in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in project coordination or program management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of youth development projects and activities.
• Engage with young participants, providing support and guidance throughout program cycles.
