Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, Recreation or related field preferred.
• Experience in youth development, coaching, or program coordination.
• Strong understanding of child development and positive youth coaching principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and oversee age-appropriate youth sports programs.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteer coaches and program staff.
• Organize and coordinate youth sports leagues, tournaments, and special events.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all young participants.
• Collaborate with schools, parents, and community organizations to maximize youth participation.
• Monitor program effectiveness and participant feedback for continuous improvement.
