Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Youth Development, or related field.
Proven experience in youth program management and coordination.
Strong understanding of adolescent development and engagement strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; hybrid work experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate engaging programs and activities for youth aged 12-18.
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and parents.
Assess program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and data.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants.
