Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for youth engagement and mobilization within the community.
• Organize and facilitate youth-focused workshops, events, and activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with youth, parents, community leaders, and educational institutions.
• Identify youth needs and connect them with relevant resources, training, and mentorship opportunities.
• Support the development of youth leadership skills and civic participation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs, reporting on outcomes and challenges.
• Serve as a positive role model and advocate for young people in the community.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure integrated program delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and participant engagement.
• Contribute to the overall planning and strategy of youth development initiatives.
