This role focuses on safe sequencing, approachable instruction, and a welcoming studio atmosphere. The ideal candidate holds a certified yoga credential (RYT 200+), with at least one year of teaching experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client seeks a dedicated and certified Yoga Instructor to join their community-focused wellness studio in Centurion . This position involves leading various yoga classes for different skill levels, cultivating a peaceful and inclusive atmosphere, and contributing to the overall well-being of participants. You will play a key role in promoting mindfulness and physical health within the vibrant local community of Gauteng . This role is integral to our client's mission of providing accessible and high-quality wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and teach a variety of yoga styles, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative, catering to diverse participant needs.
• Provide clear verbal cues and hands-on adjustments to ensure safe and effective practice.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Educate participants on the benefits of yoga, including mindfulness, flexibility, and strength.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
• Contribute to studio events and community outreach programs.

Requirements

• Certified Yoga Instructor (e.g., RYT 200 or higher) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching yoga classes.
• In-depth knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and safe sequencing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for promoting holistic health and well-being.
• Availability to teach classes during peak times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
