Job summary

SGS in South Africa is offering a 12-month experiential learning program in Learning and Development, reporting and administration. The placement provides hands-on exposure to key L&D projects and interactions with teams across the organization.

You will develop Excel and data-analytics skills, enhance reporting abilities, and contribute to confidential information handling. Successful candidates will be motivated, detail-oriented and ready to relocate to Bryanston.

Main Purpose of the Job

To participate in a 12-month experiential learning program, in Learning and Development, reporting and administration.

• Grade 12 / Matric
• National Diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Qualification / course in Data Analytics

• Be a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African ID document)
• Be between the ages of 18-30
• Must be currently unemployed and have not yet been on a YES Program before.
• Must have no criminal record
• Must be willing to relocate to Bryanston

• Exceptional Computer Literacy (use of MS Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
