Responsibilities include stock control, tagging vehicles, liaising with clients and insurers, and reporting any discrepancies or security concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Supervise and manage yard staff
• Ensure the correct processes for checking in and releasing vehicles
• Maintain daily stock updates and reporting to management
• Coordinate stock allocation and tagging of vehicles
• Handle safety compliance and company policies in yard operations
• Liaise with clients and insurance queries as needed
• Assist with assessors and investigators when required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily yard operations to ensure safety and productivity
• Supervise yard staff and ensure adherence to processes for vehicle check-in/check-out
• Receive onsite releases and update records daily
• Conduct daily stock takes and allocate stock stickers to vehicles
• Update logistics and insurance company records daily
• Report any deviations, thefts or suspicious activity to management
• Assist assessors and investigators as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Contact clients or insurers to arrange removal of personal items
