You will drive efficiency by minimizing WIP, coordinating spare parts with the Parts Manager, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong leadership, English literacy, and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong planning and leadership skills are essential.
• Diesel Certificate is required.
• Code 14 licence is required.
• Team leadership capability is needed.
• Team player with proactive approach.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily workshop operations and staff.
• Lead and motivate workshop and service personnel; drive performance and WIP targets.
• Set daily schedules, monitor WIP and parts, and hold regular staff meetings.
• Ensure high cleanliness and standards in the workshop; monitor tools and equipment.
• Coordinate spare parts with Parts Manager; ensure service exchange and warranty parts procedures.
• Maintain HSE compliance and safety coordination; develop KPI tracking and reporting.
• Engage with key customers, manage complaints, and improve service solutions.
