• Lead daily workshop operations and supervise staff and service personnel.
• Set routines for planning, monitor WIP and parts, and attend daily meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment condition, and safety standards with the Safety Officer.
• Manage dealer relationship, parts availability, and service solutions sales.
• Analyze costs, KPI results, and customer complaints to drive improvements.
