Job summary

• Code 14 driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations and lead service staff and technicians.
• Set daily planning routines; monitor WIP and parts.
• Hold regular meetings with staff and technicians.
• Minimise WIP and improve efficiencies and service delivery.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and high dealership standards.
• Coordinate spare parts with Parts Manager and ensure availability.
• Maintain customer relations and handle technical queries and complaints.
