Job summary

MH Solutions is seeking a WMS Key User to ensure effective use, support and continuous improvement of the Warehouse Management System in daily operations. You will bridge warehouse operations, IT and management, ensuring smooth system performance, end-user training and participation in upgrades.

Responsibilities include system operations, data accuracy, UAT, training, and process improvements. You will travel locally and internationally as required and help drive productivity across the

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• MS Office literacy required.
• Key user of WMS, preferably JDA Dispatcher (Red Prairie).
• 2 years in logistics/ warehousing or related business.
• 1–2 years as super-user, key-user, or system support.
• Experience in system rollouts, UAT, or training.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally (Gauteng, SA and beyond).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for warehouse staff on WMS issues.
• Monitor system performance and transactions.
• Troubleshoot errors and escalate to WMS/IT support.
• Test new functionalities, upgrades, or patches.
• Manage UAT for system updates.
• Train warehouse staff on WMS processes.
• Update user manuals and process docs.
• Act as liaison during audits and compliance checks.
• Support new project rollouts and integrations.
