Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Wireless Network Specialist to join our team remotely. You will design, implement, and manage secure wireless networks across various platforms, ensuring reliable connectivity and optimal user experience for our digital services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, at least 4 years of wireless network experience, and strong knowledge of WPA2/3, EAP, RADIUS, RF planning tools, and TCP/IP concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in wireless network administration and design.
• Proficiency with wireless security protocols (WPA2/3, EAP, RADIUS).
• Experience with RF planning tools and network analysis software.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and scalable wireless network solutions, including Wi-Fi, cellular, and point-to-point links.
• Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and network security devices.
• Monitor wireless network performance, diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to optimize wireless coverage and capacity.
• Stay abreast of emerging wireless technologies and industry best practices.
