Key Responsibilities

• Optimize wireless network performance, capacity, and coverage through advanced analysis and configuration.

• Evaluate and integrate new wireless technologies and vendor solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for wireless network deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in wireless network engineering, with a strong focus on 5G technologies (NSA/SA).
• In-depth knowledge of LTE, UMTS, and evolving wireless standards .
• Experience with RF planning tools, performance analysis, and network optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation is a plus.
