You will lead from site surveys to deployment, testing, and ongoing support, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across challenging field environments.

The role requires a deep understanding of 802.11, LTE/5G, RF principles, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless network design, implementation, and support.
• Proficiency with wireless technologies such as 802.11 standards, cellular (LTE/5G), and RF principles.
• Experience with network management tools and wireless security solutions.
• Ability to perform site surveys and analyze RF spectrum data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy wireless networks, including Wi‑Fi, cellular, and point‑to‑point solutions, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
• Conduct site surveys to identify optimal locations for wireless equipment and assess potential interference.
• Install, configure, and maintain wireless access points, controllers, and related hardware.
