Responsibilities

• Oversee full winemaking and blending processes to required standards.
• Plan and procure wine grapes for bottling and bulk supply.
• Supervise and develop cellar staff for optimal performance.
• Conduct wine tastings and quality evaluations.
• Maintain accurate production and compliance records.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the cellar.
• Provide production insights and recommendations to management.
