Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Midrand seeks a Sales Assistant to warmly greet customers, identify needs, and guide them to optimal options. You will work to achieve sales targets, manage stock and promotions, and support cash handling at the checkout. Weekend hours required; training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Wellness Academy Foundation Training & Specialisation Training completed.
• All supplier training completed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Identify customer needs to provide an optimal shopping experience.
• Assist customers and find solutions to queries and problems.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to unit targets.
• Explain options and alternatives if merchandise is unavailable.
• Keep up with new product lines and promotions in-store.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and ensure merchandising principles are maintained.
• Ensure all items are properly ticketed and stock counts are accurate.
• Assist at POS and handle cash ups.
