Qualifications

Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
Fully computerliterate.
Perfect written and verbal communication skills.
Ability and willingess to work weekends and extended retail hours.
Remuneration based on a ‘cost to company’ model and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance
Identify customer needs in order to provide optimal experience
Takes responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers’ queries
Meet customers needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products available
Offers alternatives to the customer if merchandise is not available
Achieve sales and unit targets
Openings & closing procedures are followed
Ensure all merchandising principles are in place and every item is ticketed
Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups
