Qualifications

• Fully computer literate and proficient with basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance.
• Identify customer needs to provide the optimal experience.
• Take responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to queries.
• Meet customers' needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising on options/services/products available.
• Offer alternatives if merchandise is not available.
• Achieve sales and unit targets.
• Know new lines and promotions in the store.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure merchandising principles are in place and every item is ticketed.
• Maintain accurate stock counts and check product expiry dates.
• Assist at point of sale and with cash-ups.
