Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Fully computer literate and numerate.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance.
• Identify customer needs to provide optimal experience.
• Take responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers’ queries.
• Meet customers' needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising on options/services/products.
• Offer alternatives to customers if merchandise is not available.
• Achieve sales and unit targets.
• Be aware of new lines and promotions in store.
• Follow opening & closing procedures.
• Ensure merchandising principles are in place and every item is ticketed.
• Ensure accurate stock counts and check product expiry dates.
• Assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
