Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Cape Town is seeking a friendly retail assistant to greet customers, guide them to products, and maintain store standards. You will assist at the till, handle stock checks, and ensure merchandising and receiving procedures are followed.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12, at least 1 year in retail, and a passion for health and wellness. Weekend availability and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12; basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.
• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Opening & closing procedures are followed.
• Ensure all merchandising principles are in place and every item is ticketed.
• Minimize risk through process compliance: accurate receiving and stock counts.
• Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
