Job summary

Wellness Warehouse in Langebaan, Western Cape, invites applications for a retail assistant. The role involves guiding customers to products, maintaining store layouts, ensuring tickets on items, and following opening/closing procedures.

You'll assist at the POS, handle stock counts and expiry dates, and participate in ongoing learning through our Wellness Training Academy. Weekend work is required; provident fund and medical aid options are available.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Interest in health and wellness.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Know layout of store to direct customers to products.
• Follow opening & closing procedures.
• Maintain merchandising principles and ensure every item is ticketed.
• Ensure accurate receiving and checking of deliveries as per store manual.
• Perform stock counts and check product expiry dates.
• Assist at point of sale and with cash ups.
