Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide knowledgeable service on health, nutrition and supplementation products. You will assist customers, advise on suitable items, and promote a broad range of brands to drive sales.

You will ensure stock availability, maintain hygiene standards, and support merchandising and store procedures while sharing product knowledge with relief staff. Previous experience with sports nutrition is desirable.

Qualifications

• Basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge
• Basic knowledge of retail store operations principles (stock management, merchandising, risk management)
• At least 1 year related experience
• Experience working with sports nutrition and vitamin related products
• Selling skills; customer related training

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store through knowledge and proactive engagement with customer needs
• Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional and supplement products
• Drive healthcare sales in line with targets by promoting a broad range of brands through cross selling and upselling
• Drive stock availability in the healthcare aisles by following stock management principles
• Prevent wastage and stock losses by adhering to stock rotation and risk management policies
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment
• Assist in product merchandising following guidelines and procedures
• Adhere to all store standard operating procedures and share knowledge with relief staff
• Support continuous service by developing product knowledge and sharing information with team members
