Job summary

You will drive sales through cross-selling and upselling, maintain stock levels, ensure hygiene, and follow SOPs, while sharing product knowledge with relief staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Desirable: basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge.
• Essential: basic knowledge of retail store operations principles (stock management, merchandising, risk management).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactivity.
• Consult with customers and provide suitable health, nutrition and supplement advice.
• Drive healthcare sales through cross-selling and upselling to meet targets.
• Drive stock availability in healthcare aisles via stock management practices.
• Prevent wastage by adhering to stock rotation principles.
• Prevent stock losses by following all risk policies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and store cleanliness.
• Implement product merchandising per guidelines.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and share knowledge with relief staff.
