Job summary

TWK Agri (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a Clerk: Weighbridge for the Timber division in Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal.

This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the depot, including maintaining records, processing documentation, and data capture. Responsibilities include stock coordination, handling customer and supplier queries, reporting, and assisting with daily depot operations.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to maintain good housekeeping and ensure a safe work environment.
• Experience with supervising contractors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate depot records and documentation.
• Capture stock movements and assist with inventory control.
• Process deliveries, collections, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Handle general administration, data capturing and email correspondence.
• Assist with stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and depot operations.
