• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for weddings and private functions.
• Develop event timelines, floor plans, and run sheets, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.
• Coordinate with and manage relationships with external vendors such as florists, photographers, and entertainment providers.
• Oversee event setup, ensuring adherence to the client's specifications and aesthetic.
• Be present on-site during events to manage operations, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
