Job summary

Talent Engine is seeking a Website Operations Supervisor to oversee daily website production, drive projects, and lead a cross-functional team. The role combines hands-on task management with client interaction and development coordination.

The position is hybrid, requiring a home PC and reliable internet, with weekly attendance at the Westville office. You will coordinate launches, billing, and reporting while supporting multiple silos and clients.

Qualifications

• Project management required across multiple website projects and tasks.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential.
• Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and task assignments; ensure timely completion.
• Lead weekly scrum/stand-ups; track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate website launches, SSL setup, and domain pointing.
• Monitor billing leakage and ensure scope alignment with clients.
• Oversee onboarding, renewals, and looker/GA reporting setup.
• Coordinate with Development for fixes and CMS enhancements.
• Handle ad hoc queries and escalation paths for clients and team.
• Maintain stakeholder updates and prepare weekly manager reports.
• Support other silos (Sales, Support, Stock) as needed.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
