Job summary

Black Sun Ltd. is seeking a proactive project manager to lead digital marketing and website delivery for clients. You will collaborate with design, development and account teams to translate client briefs into defined scopes, budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

You will analyse client needs, manage expectations, and drive the programme from inception to delivery while upholding quality standards across digital channels and content updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Experience managing website projects from inception to delivery.
• Familiarity with accessibility, usability and design best practices.
• Experience interacting with clients at multiple levels.
• Experience supporting Account Managers and managing client expectations.
• Experience scoping digital projects of significant scale and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in discovery, interpret client briefs and define scope, budget and schedule.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Oversee design/content amendments and ensure error-free delivery.
• Coordinate suppliers and book resources for upcoming work.
• Ensure work stays within agreed scope and budgets; obtain client approvals.
