The role spans feasibility studies to construction oversight, requiring Pr Eng or candidate registration, strong hydraulic modeling (EPANET/SWMM) and CAD skills, and excellent technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on water resources or environmental engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA or ECSA Candidate Engineer progressing towards professional registration.
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software (EPANET, SWMM) and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes and wastewater management principles.
• Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan water supply networks, distribution systems, and treatment facilities.
• Develop wastewater collection systems, pumping stations, and treatment processes.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis for water and sewer systems.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and water quality standards.
• Provide technical oversight during the construction phase of water and wastewater projects.
