Placements24 in Centurion seeks a Civil Design Engineer specializing in water and sanitation to join our established team. You will design water reticulation networks, wastewater treatment and stormwater systems, from feasibility to tender documents.

You will work with project managers, environmental consultants and construction teams, applying hydraulics modeling (EPANET, WaterGEMS) and CAD tools, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering is required or preferred.
• Professional registration (Pr.Eng) with ECSA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed plans for water reticulation, wastewater and stormwater systems.
• Perform hydraulic modelling and analysis to optimise performance and compliance.
• Prepare design reports, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, geologists, and environmental consultants.
• Provide construction phase support and ensure quality adherence.
